Children and the way they do things I like to see them do their parts putting their own interpretation on their part.
Not exactlly sure who this is but I was sitting right behind them waiting for the program to start and she was so cute I just took this photo.
These are your children look and them and tell them that they did a good job
L -Oliver Swartzentruber was so happy that he had the next solo. R.-Elaina Smoker stands poised waiting to sing.
You think what the childing are thinking and saying?
No wonder the Shepard’s were afraid–The sheep are afraid also their wool was standing straight up– Well not exactly.
Sisters—Diana (Mast) Yoder——–Melinda Geiser
Alicia Yoder and Little Girl– I think I know?? _____
Eblen & Darlene Chisenhall –Don Swartzentruber – (standing) Manford (Dickie) Embleton
Looking back both sides— Find your friends
Ruth Ann — Skip — Connie — Jay & Betty Biggs ——- Tyler & Joanna Warfel Little girl Annie
Another angle of the Geiser Sisters–Melinda Geiser — Diana (Geiser) Yoder
I am use to seeing Tyler with a BB in his hand Little girl looks so different
Gail Swartzentruber was in charge of the hand bell–I was so fasanated at how the children knew when to shake their bells–Well now you know — Just follow your color dots??
The kids did a treffic job so I had to go up and just see how they knew — Now I know nothing to it just shake your bell when the dot says so.

last week we the GMC delivered a number of boxes with food and other useful items.
One thing about a church activity you get all ages–I think this is a little Swartzentruber.
Leonard Stutzman
It was really good to see Leonard able to get out of the house after the fall he had a number weeks ago down in Ky. where he was with a group that had gone down to help build a Community Center for the Bethel Church

It was quite interesting to look at all the variety of the things that were in the boxes to be taken to the
Sherry Pase is the one I talked to- there were others
Each year at Thanksgiving time our Church makes up Boxes to be taken to widows & Shutins folks who are needing help in getting things to eat
Note Grandma Kauffman (Irene) making sure her grandsons is going to keep warm—–Sheldon & John David are discussing the routes and who will be driving.
Peggy & Genie Mast are quite helpful at a time like this—–John David & daughter Dawn were also quite involved
On this picture most everyone looks sad but really it was quite the lively group once we got gone . I think there were different groups that went out maybe more, Then when we came back to the Church there was a meal for all off us. There are more photos and perhaps I’ll get them out later.

For many years I took care of my Lawn and look forward to doing it. I remember over on the Mennonite School Road where we lived for 31 years after clearing the woods of enough tree so I could mow through it I put tons of lime on the lawn–covered it heavy with Jake Bender slurry (cow-poopie) and planted Soybeans one fall day. I had a beautiful lawn of Soybeans the next year,- so pretty I felt like I was sinning when I disc-ed them under the next spring–But Oh did it help me have a beautiful lawn in the woods.
If you look carefully you will see that that is not me–How ever that is my Grasshopper that I have had for many years and that is my son Jay who is cutting the grass helping his wife on another mower.
That is miss Kathy on their mower not sure but think it is a Snapper.
Kathy Embleton
Jay and Kathy have been caring for the lawn and shrubs for several years now and do a superb job.
I hope my daughter don’t shoot me for posting this close up..—I think its pretty

Some time ago Lyle and Bobby bought a Timber-King Saw Mill U saw it before but now you are going to see a few more ok?
When learning to run a new piece of equipment there are many learning curves
The Saw is set to cut 1&1/8 inches and will continue that thickness until it is changed by Lyle
Several Boards 20 feet long
I fell asleep and it is after 2am so I best get to bed there are more photos maybe some time I’ll send them who knows–
The controls on left — The Log ready to make any siege that is needed on Right
Left meter shows the engine is turning around 2900 rpm — Right shows about 1600 psi holding saw blade is place.
Lyle finishing the last 1-1/8 X 20foot board – the red thing is for binding the lumber together
when a stack is finished. It is bound tightly together so as not to bow as it drys.
Well thats all for the Timber King for this round.

The Teen Challenge Choir did a good job singing for the folks –They got rocking right good.
Linda Yoder
One of the server took a moment and smiled for me–
One of the songs that the guys sang was-
My God is Awesome
One of the Student sharing his testimony on left–On Right the Choir is singing again, While someone is speaking to the audience.
Mr Tim had a painful Back so he ask if it would be OK to sit down to speak
The House was pretty well filled — So our stomach were tops off– and our Hearts were made glad.
All in all it was a very enjoyable evening

Greenwood Mennonite School is a Parochial School that has operated since 1028 making it the oldest Christian Parochial School ever. Like most Enterprise there is always a need for funds–One way to get some extra funds we have a day for food and auction.
Mr Dave Wilson is an auctioneer and is always ready and willing to lend his voice.
Dave does the selling—Wava Swartzentruber–&– Beka Troyer Tally the sales.
These young men Sonny Chisenhall and his buddy display and deliver the sale items.
Some of the buyers do not always watch the auctioneer.
One of the items sold was a small electric Gator donated by Taylor & Messick — J Yoder bought it for his kids.
When tables are set up they always need to be taken down– There are usually some good hearted folks who are willing to tackle the work.
Looks Like Judi Morgan has finally agreed with the ladys about her bill and is ready to pay.
All in all it was a good day and all the workers did a fine job. I haven”t heard yet how much the sale brought in or what the Breakfast total profit was. Hopefully the grand total will be a big help in solving some of the financial issues that see to have a way of presenting themselves.

Last Thur evening the Gospel Echoes Team from Goshen Indiana had a fund-raising Banquet & program over at the Sam Yoder C Center.
Back in Sept. of 2004 the above 2003 coach was purchase new down in Florida—–In 2012 it was delivered to Gospel Echoes also down in Sarasota Florida——John Sommers has done a complete remodel job on the inside and it now can sleep the whole Team.
Many years ago Marvin Beachy started Gospel Echoes with his wife and family Now in 2013 there are 6 teams I think I remember him saying. Marvin and his new wife Miriam now travel in the smaller Coach often showing up at different teams program. I feel my life has been broaden by my friendship with Marvin and all the Teams.
This is the Mercy Road Team
Kendal Eigsti Jon & Karleen Sommers Christopher Eigsti
Jon is the one that did the remodel work on the Coach and he must have been a carpenter with design & finish work before starting this team because he did a fantastic job.
This team is very interesting because Jon married Karleen Then a year later her two brothers joined the team making a great mix and sound.
Karleen ask their children to come up and sing a song.– Only Alexis the 7 year old daughter would come. They sang a song together and it was really good.
Then Jon came over and joined them, The family sounded great.
The banquet was Thursday even. Then Friday morning at 8:30 the teams plus several of us met at Smiths for breakfast.
It was Sam Yoders idea that they all met out at Smiths. Sam is one generous man–Effie just goes along with most anything he suggest.
Matt Deputy—Glendon & Lorna Bender.—-Delbert Yoder—–Josh Holman
Josh Holman—-Kendal & Christopher Eigsti—-Jim & Ellen Eigsti.
Lois Smoker–Merle Embleton—Marvin & Mary Beachy
Jon & Tyler Sommers.
There was a bigger Coach there also but I failed to get a picture of it. It carried the first team to join Marvin Beachy in the early days–So sorry I missed it– It was the Harvest Team with the Glendon Bender Family.
